# NO MORE WAR.* — #NotMyEurope

> Europe would turn away men fleeing the same war as their families. Delete Article 2. Same war, same refuge.

This is the public campaign to delete Article 2 of COM(2026) 345 (file 2026/0186(NLE)) — the proposed exclusion of newly-arriving Ukrainian men with military obligations from EU temporary protection. Status (2026-07-09): Under negotiation. An Irish Presidency compromise text (WK 9728/2026, 1 Jul) was discussed at a 3 July working-party meeting; its content is not public. No adoption date announced.
